In Short

• Manage third party reproduction cases with donors and intended parents.
• Serve as an advocate for intended parents and egg donors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members via video, phone, and email.
• Coordinate with medical providers for donor retrievals.
• Optimize case management best practices.
• Track match progress in CRM tools.
• Follow industry guidelines from ASRM and FDA.

Requirements

• 5+ years in third party reproduction case management.
• Excellent communication skills with medical or fertility clinics.
• Problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Efficient and always looking for improvements.
• Interest in third party reproduction and egg donation.
• Collaborative team player.
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools.
