Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of finance experience, especially in investment banking or private equity.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial metrics.
• Exceptional finance skills including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proficient in relevant financial software and tools.
• Experience with strategic financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.
• Mission-driven with a passion for reproductive health.
• Resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
