Member Experience Manager / Member Advocate - Remote

In Short

• Serve as an advocate for intended parents and egg donors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members through video calls, phone calls, and email.
• Manage relationships with medical providers for donor retrievals.
• Optimize and build case management best practices.
• Track match progress in our CRM tool.
• Follow industry guidelines from ASRM and FDA.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a third party reproduction case manager/coordinator.
• Excellent communication skills, preferably with experience in medical or fertility clinics.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in third party reproduction and supporting members.
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools.
