Overview

Cobalt is a fully remote team focused on improving pentesting and helping organizations with effective Offensive Security Testing.

In Short

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, ensuring adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients to drive value.
• Develop customers for advocacy and build successful security testing programs.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally.
• Monitor service execution and customer satisfaction.
• Balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
• Work with clients to establish goals and KPIs.
• Manage the annual renewal process.
• Identify upsell opportunities.
• Interface with internal and external C-level executives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success.
• Consultative approach to customer management.
• Knowledge in cybersecurity services.
• Experience with security-focused personas.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Experience with Enterprise-level clients.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Proactive in adding value for customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
