The Senior Accounting Recruiter will focus on identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier Controller and Accounting talent while providing an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers.

• Run a full desk of Accounting and Finance Executive searches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years executive recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives.
• Deep understanding of executive search methodology.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify candidates who achieve long-term success.
• Experience with or respect for the trades.
