Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in front-office finance.
• Track record of converting candidates from high cash roles to tech.
• Understanding of NYC finance cycles and promotion tracks.
• Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative networks.
• Ability to excel in a high-growth environment.
