Overview

The Senior Recruiter for Accounting will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for various public accounting roles within the organization and partner firms.

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for accounting roles.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and preliminary interviews.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements.

• Maintain accurate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting roles and qualifications.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
