Overview

The Regional Finance Business Partner will support the Security Integrators, West segment, providing financial insights and governance while partnering with regional leadership.

• Support regional leadership with financial insights and operational decision-making.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Oversee monthly close and compliance with financial controls.
• Collaborate with operations to monitor financial performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.
• Develop KPI dashboards for operational performance tracking.
• Ensure GAAP compliance in financial reporting.
• Support ERP implementation and integration of financial systems.
• Mentor and manage accounting staff.
• Travel approximately 20–25% across the West region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6–10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial modeling.
• Experience in multi-entity or decentralized business environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct.
• Exceptional analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
