Overview

The Systems Integration Lead is responsible for orchestrating the integration of Cobalt’s core technology stack—specifically ERP and HRIS systems—across partner companies while serving as the primary point of coordination among key stakeholders.

• Own and actively manage ERP and HRIS integrations across multiple partner companies.
• Deliver integrations on schedule with minimal disruption to operations.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for integration timelines and risks.
• Ensure core systems are correctly linked and data flows reliably.
• Define, enforce, and maintain data standards and integration best practices.
• Partner closely with functional leaders to translate business requirements.
• Lead training and change management efforts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partner company leadership.
• Continuously improve integration speed and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting complex systems integrations.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Experience in environments with ambiguity or rapid growth.
• Proven ability to manage multiple integrations in parallel.
• Strong change management and training orientation.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
