Overview

The Pediatric RN Case Manager coordinates care and service for patient populations from admission through discharge, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive case management.

Requirements

• Accredited Nursing Program required.
• BLS Certification required upon hire.

• Effective communication skills necessary.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
