Overview

The Sales Executive LATAM will maximize revenue by securing new clients and developing partnerships while working closely with the Sprintax team.

In Short

  • Identify new sales opportunities in LATAM and other markets.
  • Drive growth in existing and new clients through communication and marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate new product and market opportunities for Sprintax.
  • Manage leads and sales pipeline using HubSpot.
  • Contribute to the marketing plan for the market.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Tailor sales strategies for different LATAM markets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine value propositions.
  • Provide training and support to new clients.
  • Organize participation in conferences and webinars.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, especially HubSpot.
  • Understanding of the LATAM market and cultural nuances.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and client meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
