Overview

Taxback International is seeking a Project Manager to oversee VAT compliance queries and enhance client engagement through effective communication and organizational skills.

In Short

• Coordinate work between Client Management and Compliance Teams.
• Manage incoming and outgoing client queries.
• Support client expansions and manage project campaigns.
• Suggest process improvements and train the team.
• Configure databases with relevant company information.
• Provide management with performance reports.
• Achieve KPIs associated with client management functions.
• Manage client queries and deadlines.
• Work independently while prioritizing tasks.
• Engage in team-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ambitious and organized with a process-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
• Experience in B2B client communications is preferred.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Ability to convey urgency in a friendly manner.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Experience in managing compliance queries.
