Overview

The HR Generalist provides support to assigned teams and is responsible for the daily administration of policies and programs related to employee relations, performance issues, and employee counseling, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

In Short

Support employee relations and resolve complaints.
Conduct investigations into employee issues.
Advise management on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in implementing corrective actions.
Respond to employee inquiries.
Manage HR programs in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate on special projects as assigned.
3-5 years of HR experience required.
CRHA or CRIA designation is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in employee relations and investigations preferred.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
