Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Report Developer.
• Expertise in creating Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Workday Studio reports.
• Understanding of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Security.
• Knowledge of Workday data model and reporting tools.
• Experience with Workday BIRT is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Workday integrations.
