Workday Integration Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to manage the integration of various third-party systems into Workday. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Workday integration and strong technical expertise in various types of integration.

• Manage integration projects: oversee the full integration cycle within Workday, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Troubleshooting and problem resolution: provide technical expertise to resolve integration issues and ensure data integrity between systems, proactively identifying potential integration failures.
• Testing and quality assurance: coordinate comprehensive testing strategies for operational flow integrations, ensuring all integrations are thoroughly tested for functionality, data accuracy, and performance before go-live.
• Documentation: maintain clear and detailed documentation on integration specifications, processes, and error handling protocols to ensure transparency and facilitate troubleshooting.
• Continuous improvement: stay updated on Workday product updates and industry best practices; recommend and implement continuous improvements for integration processes and strategies.
• Compliance and security: ensure integrations comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, with appropriate safeguards in place for handling sensitive data.
