Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our global go-to-market organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing enablement programs that drive productivity, performance, and revenue impact across the GTM revenue organization.

In Short

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to shape a global enablement strategy.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement programs for onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Oversee development and delivery of sales content.
  • Drive adoption of key sales and enablement technologies.
  • Define and track key enablement metrics.
  • Conduct regular skills assessments and program evaluations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related fields.
  • Proven history of delivering global sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC is a plus).
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience supporting global revenue teams.
  • Familiarity with the DevOps industry.
  • Sales methodology certifications preferred.
  • Instructional design background is a plus.
  • Passion for coaching and continuous learning.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
