CloudBees is seeking a creative and technically sharp Software Engineer to architect and prototype AI/LLM-driven workflows that enhance developer productivity.

In Short

• Design, prototype, and test agentic workflows using platforms like Goose and AWS Q.
• Build AI-powered agents that autonomously interact with systems and APIs.
• Translate product concepts into working demos and scalable implementations.
• Collaborate with product managers and DevOps teams to refine workflows.
• Optimize agent behavior for reliability and safety.
• Contribute to ML pipeline development for agentic flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proven knowledge in developing agentic flows with frameworks like Langchain.
• Familiarity with prototyping in environments with MCP enabled tools.
• Experience designing and maintaining ML model pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Comfortable with cloud-native environments and DevOps pipelines.
• Startup experience and ability to iterate quickly.
