AI Engineer / Workflow Automations - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a hybrid talent: part systems architect, part data engineer, part scrappy builder. This isn’t a theoretical ML role—it’s about understanding messy real-world business processes and automating them fast, using whatever tools get the job done.

In Short

• Own end-to-end automation initiatives across departments—from scoping to deployment.
• Integrate LLMs (via OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into real business flows, not just as demos.
• Use tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), custom Python, Google Cloud, and SaaS APIs to automate manual workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders in ops, CX, finance, and growth; understand their pain points and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing automation infrastructure in Google Cloud and SaaS platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in AI and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Python and SaaS APIs.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud and automation tools like Zapier.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Problem-solving skills and a scrappy builder mentality.
