Overview

CloudBees is seeking a visionary and hands-on Engineering Leader to drive our Agentic & AI Operations (AIOps) strategy, focusing on platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

In Short

• Lead and scale a team responsible for AIOps.
• Architect and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML systems.
• Establish best practices for AI/ML experimentation and governance.
• Own the full stack of AIOps infrastructure.
• Drive technical vision and roadmap for ML platform development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with 3+ in leadership roles.
• Experience with large-scale systems and AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools.
• Proven track record building ML pipelines in production.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD practices for ML lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with services like Amazon Bedrock or Vertex AI.
