Overview

Clipbook is looking for a highly organized and proactive Business & Revenue Operations Associate to support our back-office systems and help drive operational excellence across the business.

In Short

• Support back-office operations across finance, people, and administration.
• Manage bookkeeping, expenses, invoicing, and vendor relationships.
• Support onboarding, benefits coordination, compliance, and team engagement.
• Evaluate and manage tools like Hubspot, Notion, Airtable, Gusto, QuickBooks.
• Maintain documentation and create repeatable processes.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on strategic projects.
• Enforce HubSpot data hygiene and validation.
• Optimize enablement and knowledge-sharing for the team.
• Own data integrations and monitor sync health.
• Surface revenue insights and KPIs for data-backed decisions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an ops role at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup.
• Organized, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to build systems, processes, and documentation from scratch.
• Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, QuickBooks, Gusto.
• Curious and enjoy solving operational challenges.
• Energized by blending ops and revops responsibilities.
