Requirements

  • Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support via chat or voice
  • 2+ years using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
  • 2+ years using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative attitude
