In Short

  • Fully Remote position based in the Philippines.
  • Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support to healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize tools like Zendesk and Salesforce for case management.
  • Must have 2+ years of customer support experience.
  • Availability required on weekends due to operational needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve worker experience.
  • Support onboarding of new workers.
  • Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and documentation.
  • Contribute to a culture of ownership and fast responses.

Requirements

  • Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support via chat or voice.
  • Experience using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative attitude contributing to team success.
