Overview

The Project & Fundraising Manager (Learning) will be responsible for securing funding to strengthen the Climate KIC Academy's functions, focusing on capacity building in climate innovation.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in business development and fundraising.
• Proven track record in securing funding for climate-related projects.
• Experience in writing high-value bids and proposals.
• Strong strategic fundraising skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams in an international setting.
• Understanding of climate change and its socio-economic impacts.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and delivering projects on time.
