Overview

As a People & Culture Lead (Orchestrator), you will be a key part of Climate KIC’s leadership team, focusing on creating a strong organizational identity and culture within a distributed team. The role involves various responsibilities, from coaching leaders to developing remote work strategies.

  • Champion colleague experience and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Model and embed ‘People orchestration’ practices across teams.
  • Oversee operational flow and be hands-on with the People team.

Requirements

  • Senior experience in HR, People, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience in transformation contexts and evolving organizational models.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with remote-first workforce models and multi-jurisdictional practices.
  • Ability to lead initiatives integrating culture, organization design, and people systems.
