Overview

The Project Manager - Talent and Learning will help ensure the delivery and advocating of global Talent and Learning Programmes in their early stages, playing a critical role in the global HR strategy.

In Short

  • Manage the implementation of new talent and learning products.
  • Utilize change management strategies to support program adoption.
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure project success.
  • Guide change management plans for core projects.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with Service Delivery teams.
  • Lead project planning and milestone identification.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks as needed.
  • Collaborate across HR and business units.
  • Support the overall Global People Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in HR/Talent and Learning Programmes.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of global messaging.
  • Ability to deliver clear and engaging communications.
  • Focus on customer outcomes and service excellence.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in project management.
