In Short

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy for the team.
• Expand automation coverage across UI, API, and backend services.
• Lead the development of robust test automation frameworks.
• Establish best practices for testing cloud-native applications.
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.
• Collaborate with DevOps to enhance test execution.
• Influence testability in the SDLC.
• Analyze performance testing needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with e-commerce, Shopify a plus.
• Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in analyzing logs and debugging issues.
• Experience in performance testing and optimization techniques.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Good English skills.
