• Drive a quality mindset across Development, QA, and Product teams.
• Promote shift-left testing practices for early defect detection.
• Ensure data accuracy through automated test scripts using Postman.
• Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using Selenium.
• Integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans.
• Identify and track defects, participating in code reviews.
• Analyze test results and mentor QA Engineers.
• Generate reports on data validation results.
• Provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience in QA automation using Selenium.
• Strong experience in Postman for API testing.
• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
