Senior QA Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

Gorilla Logic is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong background in Ruby and hands-on experience in Test Automation. This role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability, multitasking, and prioritization are essential.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for testing.
• Review daily test automation execution reports to assess findings and take appropriate actions: report defects and/or fix test scripts.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Continuously refine and improve automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Provide clear, actionable reports on test results and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Ruby, Javascript, Java or any other programming language.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks, particularly Cypress.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing.
• Hands-on experience building out a big regression suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fluid, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
