Overview

As a Junior Helpdesk & InfoSec Support Specialist at clearer.io, you will provide responsive IT support and maintain critical security processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment, contributing to the productivity and security of the team.

In Short

  • Provide first-line IT support for internal team members.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the Technical Operations Manager.
  • Process routine account provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of company hardware.
  • Monitor device compliance and security coverage.
  • Conduct monthly software license audits.
  • Track phishing simulation results and assist with security training.
  • Update and maintain internal IT documentation.
  • Monitor shared inboxes for urgent requests.
  • Work remotely from Vietnam.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in IT support or related role.
  • A degree in a technical field like Information Systems or IT.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Basic understanding of IT and security concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity.
  • Experience with automation tools and a mindset for process improvement.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks is preferred.
  • Dependable and curious with a team-oriented mindset.
