In Short

  • Own the product roadmap and maintain a clear, outcome-oriented backlog.
  • Drive product discovery through interviews and problem framing.
  • Ship quality products quickly by scoping MVPs and iterating with teams.
  • Connect product features to revenue metrics and make smart trade-offs.
  • Support go-to-market strategies by joining sales calls and creating demos.
  • Make commercial decisions regarding refunds and product fixes.
  • Enhance integrations with Shopify and other ecosystems.
  • Ensure compliance with jurisdictional rules and privacy standards.
  • Define success metrics and run experiments to measure impact.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a B2B SaaS Product Manager, preferably in MarTech or eCommerce.
  • Strong commercial instincts and decision-making skills.
  • Customer-facing experience with confidence in demos and objection handling.
  • Ability to write crisp PRDs and scope MVPs effectively.
  • Excellent written English and understanding of US market compliance.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and related ecosystems.
