Overview

The Business Development Director, Valuation Products at Clear Capital is responsible for building relationships and driving sales in the property data business, focusing on a consultative approach to meet customer needs.

In Short

  • Convert prospects into customer relationships and transition them to Customer Success.
  • Sell Clear Capital products to achieve valuation business revenue goals.
  • Document leads and sales activity in CRM and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Develop high trust relationships with third-party stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities in real estate and lending markets.
  • Work with Channel Partners to amplify product distribution.
  • Educate Customer Success Managers on product utilization.
  • Provide feedback to enhance existing products and develop new solutions.
  • Attend industry events to attract new prospects.
  • Apply consultative problem-solving techniques to address customer issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in financial services or real estate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in data solution sales.
  • Working knowledge of primary and secondary markets.
  • Deep understanding of consultative solution sales models.
  • Experience selling in a multi-product environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to research complex issues and present solutions.
