Overview

The Senior Desktop Support Engineer will provide rapid IT support to staff, ensuring effective resolution of technology issues while assisting with various IT projects.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Current IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, CompTia A+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Experience with Azure, EntraID, and Active Directory.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to learn and administer new SaaS solutions.
• Experience with Windows 11, MacBooks, iOS, and Android.
• Understanding of IP networking and wireless communication.
• Experience in cybersecurity problem remediation.
