Overview

The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting initiatives that foster employee and leadership growth across the organization. This role plays a critical part in creating a high-performing, learning-oriented culture.

In Short

  • Design and facilitate onboarding, leadership, and capability-building programs.
  • Create resources, tools, and learning pathways that promote growth across all levels.
  • Support manager coaching initiatives and high-potential development programs.
  • Facilitate individual and group learning sessions.
  • Assist in managing logistics for Talent Development events.
  • Oversee learning tools and platforms.
  • Administer surveys and evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Promote development opportunities through various channels.
  • Collaborate with HR and leaders to drive engagement.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience with learning technology (LMS, 360 tools).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%).
