Overview

Clasp is looking for a driven, creative, and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Clasp Talent Sales Team. This role is responsible for building top-of-funnel sales pipeline by identifying and engaging decision-makers at healthcare systems that may be a good fit for Clasp Talent’s innovative products.

In Short

  • Generate qualified leads by researching and engaging decision-makers at hospital systems.
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach to prospective clients.
  • Attend key industry conferences and networking events.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with AEs and sales leadership on messaging and targeting.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in Hubspot.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Align outreach efforts with broader company goals.
  • Help build scalable processes as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Outgoing and engaging demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
  • A self-starter attitude.
  • A learner’s mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Agility and flexibility to adapt.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for conferences.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
