People/HR Analytics Consultant - Remote

Overview

The People/HR Analytics Consultant leads the development of analytics and operational improvement capabilities that optimize HR service delivery, workforce planning, and employee outcomes. Functioning similarly to industrial hygiene for HR operations, this role identifies systemic blockers, diagnoses operational inefficiencies, and implements improved processes, standards, and service models. Operating at the intersection of People & Culture, Operations, and Data Analytics, the consultant translates workforce signals into actionable insights that improve service quality, operational efficiency, employee experience, and cost management.

• Develop analytics models and dashboards for HR programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 8+ years of experience in people analytics or HR operations
• Experience building analytics models
• Strong analytical skills using Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
