Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Lived experience as a first responder or with mental health/substance use services is preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Basic-Intermediate computer skills needed.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of community resources and peer support.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with community agencies.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
• Experience in customer care and support.
