Overview

As a School Based Mental Health Counselor/Outpatient Counselor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals and families on their journey toward emotional wellness.

In Short

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster growth and resilience.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation for your caseload.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
• Part Time: at least 3-4 days. 20-29 hours/week.
• Evening availability preferred for 1 evening; 1 day supporting the clinic.
• Opportunities for hybrid remote work are available for clinic sessions.
• Billable Rate: $30.00-$32.00/hour (non-licensed).
• Other pay rates apply for training, travel, and administrative time.
• Must have a verified clinical practicum.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.
• Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania preferred.
• Up to 100% of travel between appointment sites or other locations.
