Mental Health Counselor - Remote

Overview

The Sprout Behavioral Health program is seeking Student and Licensed Counselors to provide both on-site and virtual clinical counseling services to clients.

In Short

• Perform on-site and virtual clinical counseling services.
• Maintain timely attendance and professionalism.
• Respond to client requests within 24 hours.
• Complete written records for each client in a timely manner.
• Charge and collect payments for services provided.
• Conduct counseling in a manner that upholds SBH Therapy's reputation.
• Assist with marketing and community outreach as needed.
• Collaborate with treatment teams as necessary.
• Manage a caseload of clients effectively.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in counseling or social work.
• Active license in the State of Georgia (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Availability for at least 25 client sessions per week for full-time.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a private practice setting preferred.
• Have a niche market for counseling services.
• Must pass background checks.
• Valid Driver's License and Liability Insurance required.
