In Short

• Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Knowledge of community mental health resources, preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
• Flexible schedule with possible hybrid work environment (office, community-based, and remote).
• Part Time 20+ hours/week.
• Therapists with strong rapport-building skills will appreciate the depth of the therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with the ESMI treatment team weekly.
• Professional development provided weekly.

Requirements

• IOP Mental Health Therapist for adolescent or adult group therapy.
• Experience in Motivational Interviewing and CBT for Psychosis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused program.
• Share knowledge and maximize client growth.
• Support clients experiencing psychosis for the first time.
• Assist clients stepping down from higher levels of care.
• Build a supportive, safe place for employees and clients alike.
• Work with a close team of Therapists, CBRS providers, Case Management, Peer Support, and Medication Management specialists.
• Provide services to clients ages 15-30 years old.
• Participate in a structured program for clients struggling to emotionally regulate.
