• Practice for Teletherapy Clinician and/or in person around Livonia, MI area.

• Provide social work services to patients and their families in a medical setting.
• Conduct assessments to determine the psycho-social needs of patients.
• Develop and implement care plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate patient care.
• Assist patients and families in accessing community resources and support services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Therapy license (Preferred).
• Previous experience working as a Medical social worker (Preferred).
• Knowledge of medical coding, research, and documentation practices.
• Licensed in Michigan.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care.
