Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our growing team in Michigan. This hybrid role includes a combination of remote services and in-person client visits, including home-based services.

In Short

• Provide clinical and/or case management services to individuals and families
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation
• Deliver services via telehealth and in person, including home visits as needed
• Collaborate with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, and community resources
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards
• Participate in supervision toward full licensure (LMSW)
• Adhere to ethical standards and Michigan licensing requirements
• Hybrid position: combination of remote work and in-person services
• Flexible scheduling available
• Mileage reimbursement for all client-related travel

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Active LLMSW license in the State of Michigan (required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home services
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
