In Short

• We are looking for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide counseling and therapy treatment to our patients.
• Services will be provided through a Hybrid-Care Model (remote and in-person).
• Clinician must be active or willing to obtain a New York Medical License.
• Provides patient care modalities of evidence-based practices.
• Documents all services and patient activities appropriately.
• Conducts crisis intervention for individuals and families.
• Participates in regular case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Participates in ongoing education and training.

Requirements

• Must have a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential.
• Experience in mental health and substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Strong communication skills for virtual meetings.
• Ability to document services in compliance with best practices.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing education.
