In Short

• Bilingual Licensed Associate Therapist or Counselor (LAC, LMSW)
• Provides counseling and therapy treatment through telemedicine
• Focus on engaging patients in their treatment plan
• Conducts crisis intervention based on individual safety plans
• Participates in case planning with a multidisciplinary team
• Documents all services and patient activities appropriately
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Patient-first mindset
• Active, unrestricted Arizona Mental Health License required
• Collaborative work environment with career growth opportunities

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in Arizona
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Strong communication skills for virtual meetings
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
