Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Therapist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide therapy services to individuals and families throughout Michigan. This hybrid position includes telehealth services and in-person sessions, including home-based therapy when clinically appropriate. Mileage is reimbursed for all approved client-related travel.

In Short

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver services via telehealth and in person, including home visits
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
• Comply with Michigan licensing laws, ethical standards, and organizational policies
• Hybrid role with remote and in-person therapy services

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Active LMSW license in the State of Michigan (required)
• Therapy experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation for in-person and home-based services
