Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in building enterprise-grade services.
• 1+ year as a Technical Lead managing complex initiatives.
• 2+ years managing and growing engineering teams.
• Expertise in high availability and low latency production applications.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud computing trends.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred.
