  • Lead the strategy and execution of customer lifecycle efforts in Latin America.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong leadership experience.
  • Success in managing enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Deep understanding of financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
