Overview

We are looking for Fullstack Engineer (Backend Focused) role to build scalable systems using Node.js and modern stacks at a fast-growing AI-powered influencer platform.

In Short

2–4 years total experience as a fullstack engineer with MERN stack
Strong logical and analytical skills
Proficient in Node.js, Typescript, ES6
Good understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs
Experience with RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
Exposure to error monitoring and performance tools
Bonus: Experience with React.js/Next.js and UI fundamentals
Active user of AI dev tools like Cursor, Claude, OpenAI

Requirements

Build and maintain scalable APIs in Node.js
Design system architecture (HLD & LLD)
Create and manage database schemas
Write and maintain API documentation
Collaborate with frontend engineers and designers
Contribute to engineering culture and best practices
