Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with modern JS frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)
• Track record of building without a product manager
• Computer Science or STEM degree from a reputable university
• Experience shipping real products in high-stakes environments
• Versatility across front-end, back-end, and system design
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize effectively
• Experience in mission-driven sectors (health, climate, edtech, etc.) is a plus
• Former founder or CTO experience is a plus
• AI/SaaS/healthtech experience is advantageous
