Overview

The ClaimsPro office is seeking a Claims Administrator to provide administrative support to the Client Services Group in preparing data for client reports and centralized administration of large insurer client programs.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education required.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service/support experience required.
  • Exceptional MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong computer skills with an aptitude for learning new software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external associates.
  • Problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn are important.
