Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Bilingual Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships. This role is centered on account management - ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and the identification of growth opportunities.

  • Hybrid schedule requiring 4 days on-site and 1 remote workday per week.
  • Pay range of $50,000 - $62,000 with eligibility for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Account Retention – Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns.
  • Growth Opportunities – Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services.
  • Operational Coordination – Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track and analyze account performance.
  • Reporting – Deliver regular updates to clients regarding shipment status.
  • Problem Resolution – Respond promptly to operational issues.
  • Client Education – Keep clients informed of new services and industry trends.
  • CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of account activities.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
